Can I see the hygienist without a check-up?
Yes. Our hygienist can see you directly as a private patient, with no dentist examination needed first. If anything needs a dentist's attention, we will let you know and help you book.
Are you taking new NHS patients?
NHS availability changes throughout the year. Message us on WhatsApp or call and we will tell you the current position and add you to our NHS waiting list if needed. Private appointments are usually available within days.
Is teeth whitening safe?
Whitening is safe when it is prescribed and supervised by a dentist, which is what UK law requires. We check your teeth and gums first, then make custom trays so the gel stays where it should. Results vary from person to person, and whitening does not change the colour of fillings or crowns.
I'm nervous about the dentist. Can you help?
Absolutely. Tell us when you book and we will give you extra time. We explain everything before we start, agree a stop signal, and use breathing and guided imagery techniques to help you feel calm.
What if I need to cancel?
Just reply to your reminder or message us at least 24 hours before your appointment and we will happily move it. Private bookings need a small deposit, which is carried over when you rebook in time.
Do you see children?
Yes. NHS dental treatment is free for children under 18, and we make first visits gentle and fun so they grow up feeling confident at the dentist.
